First licensed in 1984 and a 36 year Alaskan resident, Matt Dimmick has helped hundreds of families move to and from Alaska. As a learning based Realtor, Matt has continually strived to stay ahead of the competition; sharpening his skills by utilizing top level training.
Matt & his wife Nancy have 5 children. The oldest, Christopher Dimmick and his wife Shanti, and his daughter Olivia, and son Evan, recently relocated to Elemendorf Air Force Base, in Anchorage, AK. We are excited about that. Stevie Brown, was recently married to Buck Hunter Brown, and resides in Eagle River, Alaska. Tyler is entering his 3rd year at Northern Arizona University, Taleena, recently graduated from Dimond High School with honors, and youngest Trask, is playing competitive soccer and will be entering his sophomore year at Dimond High School.
Matt is a member of the Anchorage Board of Realtors, Alaska Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Alaska MLS, a Certified Residential Specialist, an Accredited Buyers Representative, a Graduate of the Realtors Institute, and a New Construction Specialist. He is also an Associate Broker and the Operating Principal of Keller Williams Realty Alaska Group, which is part of Keller Williams Realty International, the 4th largest real estate company in the country.
Matt and his wife Nancy own a world class fishing lodge on the Kenai River called the King Salmondeaux Lodge and his hobbies and interests include, fishing, hockey, travel, boating, biking, and just about anything outdoors.
